Inline Coherent Imaging (ICI) Welding Monitoring System
The inline welding monitor (LDD-700) is equipped with IPG's OmniWELD software, allowing for the configuration of five monitoring modes: keyhole depth, seam profile (butt joint position), work distance, post-weld bead height, and bead width. Additionally, by actively manipulating the ICI beam, defects can be detected just before, during, and after the welding process.
